WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.This warranty covers all product failures caused by faulty components and / or manufacturing   defects.

2.Guarantee service is provided when:
• the original invoice of purchase or receipt
• defective product (complete)
• description of the fault
• a warranty seal not damaged

3.Warranty is valid for 24 months from date of purchase specified on the original proof of purchase.

4.Product showing defects and faults should be sent directly to the following address:

Detailed description of the technical problem and the original proof of purchase must be attached. All costs associated with the provision of transport, secure packaging, insurance are born by the customer.

5.All faults discovered during the warranty period will be removed by the manufacturer within the period fixed by the parties, not longer than 14 working days from the date of reception of the product by the manufacturer for repair.

6.Client has the right to exchange product, if: within the warranty, manufacturer carries four major repairs and the device continues to be faulty, what prevents from using it; the producer states impossible to repair product. When replacing the product or damaged components, costs of package is born by the customer.

7. If product exchange is impossible, on the basis of 6 is not feasible, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price paid.
8.Guarantee does not cover:
• damages caused during transport
• damage or defects caused by use, operation or treatment of the product inconsistent with normal personal and safety rules
• mechanical damage caused by customer
• damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or other natural disasters, war or civil unrest, unforeseen accidents, corrosion, rust, stains, surges in the telephone network, or energy, improper voltage, normal wear and tear , or other external factors

9. Manufacturer's decision with regard to guarantee is final.

10. Manufacturer can refuse warranty service if repair can't be done because of an import-export restrictions on spare parts and / or other legislation or unforeseen circumstances preventing the carrying out of repair.

11. Any defective products or parts that are exchanged, become the property of the Manufacturer.

12.Manufacturer does not provide guarantee to the products, except for these stated in this document. Manufacturer is not responsible for any loss, damage or destructions caused by reasons other than defects caused by faulty components.

13.Cases not specified in these Terms of Guarantee, are regulated with the Civil Code.

PLEASE NOTE
Products returned without proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with warranty seal damaged or incomplete will be returned to the customer at his expense and warranty automatically rejected.
